Pull-out test on piles at Ghansawangi, Jalna for InSolare Energy Pvt. Ltd.
Pile foundations are the most commonly used deep foundation technique. Piles are subjected to varying types of loads namely axial, lateral, moment, uplift and combined loading. The methods of estimation of pull-out of pile are laid in IS 2911: Part 4 1985. In order to estimate the compression capacity of the pile, the test is conducted in accordance with the standards of IS code, IS 2911: Part 4 – 1985. Uplift force is applied through a hydraulic jack. The main objective of the pile uplift test is to estimate the load capacity of the pile corresponding to settlement criteria i.e., 50% of final load at which load displacement curve shows a clear break or ⅔ of final load at which settlement is 12 mm or load corresponding to specified permissible uplift.
The task of performing pull-out tests on piles is assigned by InSolare Energy Pvt Ltd to ProVatsalya. The test is conducted according to design specifications and structural requirements. The expertise of our engineers and Chief Consultant Dr. Abhinav Mane enables us to be the key player in the field of pile testing and to provide reliable and accurate results.
